1. The free trial
Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is ever made. This is the simplest way to leave at no cost.
2. The money-back guarantee
If your trial converts and you're charged for the first time, you can still request a full refund within 7 days of that first paid charge. No long explanation required.
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 7 days of your first paid charge.
- Include "Refund request" and your account email in the message.
- We confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Renewals after the first period
The money-back guarantee covers your first paid charge. For later renewals, you can cancel any time to stop the next charge; cancelling keeps access until the end of the current paid period. We review good-faith refund requests for later periods on a case-by-case basis.
4. Your statutory rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin providing the service during any withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the service has started. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Estonian or applicable EU law.
